new property in the United Arab Emirates. Our firm specializes in corporate and legal advisory services,

will ensure that the purchase process is conducted smoothly, securely, and in full compliance with UAE
property laws.
Scope of Services
Due Diligence on New Property:

Review of escrow account arrangements and construction milestones.
Assessment of compliance with freehold/leasehold frameworks applicable to foreign investors.
SPA Review and Negotiation:

agreed scope will be subject to separate discussion and approval.
