I am directed to refer to trail email, Meeting Notice dated 09.01.2026 regarding subject cited meeting and to inform that in view of instructions received from DoPT, Government of India vide Office Memorandum No. 16/3/2023-JCA, dated
12.01.2026 regarding early closure of Offices in connection of Full-dress rehearsal for Republic Day Parade, the Office Premises of NMPB, Ministry of Ayush at IRCS,Annexe Buliding shall be closed by 1400 hours on 22.01.2026 and shall

Sir/Madam,

I am directed to refer to the above cited subject and to say that project entitled “Establishment of Herbal Gardens, Gyankendras and nursery of medicinal & aromatic plants at Nature Education & Awareness Centre at Bhondsi (Gurgaon)” was
sanctioned by 68th SFC for a total outlay of Rs.54.00 lacs.
2. 1st Installment of Rs.30.00 lakh was released in two parts i.e. Rs.4.80 lakh was released on dated 15.03.2017 and Rs. 25.20 lakh released on dated 08.05.2017 vide sanction order No. Z.18017/187/CSS/HG/HR-01/2016-17–NMPB in favour of Haryana
Forest Development Corporation Ltd., Panchkula, Haryana.
3. It is therefore, you are requested to submit the (Original Copy) of below mentioned documents:
1. Original Utilization certificate of the utilized amount duly signed by Project Investigator (PI), Head of the Institution and audited by Chartered Accountant in prescribed format in GFR – 12C (copy enclosed).
2. Original and detailed Statement of Expenditure duly signed by Project Investigator (PI),Head of the Institution and audited by Chartered Accountant / certified by comptroller/ Finance & Accounts Officer and stamped (Proforma Enclosed).
3. Detailed Progress Report as per approved objectives with photographs of activities undertaken, both physical and financial in hard as well as soft copy in CD (Proforma Enclosed).
4. Certificate stating that the organization has not received any financial assistance for the same purpose from any other organization (Proforma Enclosed).
5. Refund of unspent balance, if any, in form of DD in favour of “The Pay & Accounts Officer (Ayush), Ministry of Ayush Office Block- III, NBCC Complex East Kidwai Nagar, New Delhi.”

This is regarding long pending UC, SoE and other related documents still pending at your end.

Kindly submit the documents on urgent basis.

This is with reference to the subject cited above our earlier letters vide sanction order No. Z. 18017/187/CSS/HG/HR-02/2016-17 NMPB dated 15.03.2017 and 08.05.2017 in two parts in favour of Haryana Forest Development
Corporation Ltd., Panchkula, Haryana regarding the submission of UC. In this connection, it is to inform you that NMPB has approved total amount of Rs.21.60 lakh and Rs.12.00 lakh was released in two parts i.e. Rs.3.24 lakh was
released on dated 15.03.2017 and Rs.08.76 lakh on 08.05.2017 as 1st instalment for implementation of approved project activities.

2. Further, it is to inform that the Haryana Forest Development Corporation Ltd., Panchkula, Haryana has not submitted UCs, SoE and other related documents till date to the NMPB, after the repeated communications/ reminder.

3. Therefore, you are requested to submit the pending Utilization Certificate alongwith annual report with colour photographs, GPS location to the NMPB at earlier (within 8 day) so that pending UC can be settled, further in delay of
submission of desired documents NMPB may proceed appropriation action against your organization.
