As the temperature rises in Texas, so does the risk of wildfires. Perhaps no one knows that better than the Texas Forest Service, which is the main state agency involved in coordinating the overall response to the dozens of wildfires burning across the state. But the springtime drought conditions in East Texas have thrown responders a curveball.
