We sat down with Lauren Bailey, founder of Postino Wine Cafe to talk about their newest location in Denver (9th & Colorado - Killer patio & safe indoor dining), but the conversation quickly turned to hilarity and tomfoolery. Between discussions about her creating a restaurant empire in the SW and growing to Colorado.. we talk about her mistaking Jerry Rice for a laundry man, she grills us on how well we know each other, and we talk mouth-guards from her high school days (google it if you're under 28).
