He calls himself "William Wilson". But in his early school days he describes a rivalry between himself and another student who goes by the same name. Rivalry turns into hatred, and then descends into madness. There are many similarities between the two Wilsons. Are they long lost twin brothers? Or is there something more sinister afoot?!
