PHARMACY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

ABSTRACT
 This web application is illustrates the designing and
implementation of a Pharmacy Management System
with stock alert system.

 The primary aim of is to improve accuracy and


enhance safety and efficiency in the online
pharmaceutical store.

 It is used to manage most pharmacy related activities


in the pharmacy.

 Get Alert about the drugs going to be finish in the
stock.

 Get alert bout the drugs close to be expired.

 Having a good statistics part to know how much


profit gained daily, monthly or even the specific date
that the manager may need to get report about it.
INTRODUCTION
 The Pharmacy Management System is a complete
dispensing workflow management system that is
designed to improve accuracy, enhance safety
and efficiency.

 When the new drugs or new batches of the drug


arrive in the Pharmacy the manual entry is done
in the register.

 This Web Application we can generate bill,
maintain the stock very well, we can do cost
saving and maintain inventory control.

 This system can help pharmacy, to handle the


incomings and outgoings more smoothly and in a
better way.
EXISTING SYSTEM
 Managing a very large pharmacy with records
will be tedious and difficult to keep track of
inventories with regards to the drugs in the store,
expiry date, quantity of drugs available based on
the categories and their functions.

 Drugs are not supposed to be used after they have


expired. Stock Alerting system not available in
existing system
DRAWBACK
 They offer accessibility to people with limited
mobility and people in remote areas.
 Does not notify Expiry date Alert.
 Payment gateway Not available.
 Not keep time properly. So customer will suffer
lot.

 To providing statistics of the drugs in stock.
 Maintaining correct database by providing an
option to update the drugs in stock.
 Improving the efficiency of the system by
ensuring effective monitoring of services and
activities.

 Pop-up alerts are generated to inform the
pharmacist about Expiry date.
 This Web Application automatically traces the
expiring drugs for pharmacies and sub-stories in
the wards and all those are performed in a single
screen.
DRUG STOCK ALERT
 Pop-up alerts are generated to inform the
pharmacist about Stock.
 This Web Application automatically traces the
stock drugs for pharmacies and sub-stories in the
wards and all those are performed in a single
screen.
