Six Sigma Process Map

Six sigma process map defines the DMAIC methodology which includes five phases: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control. The Define phase focuses on building a team, chartering the project, understanding customer needs, and mapping the current process. Next, the Measure phase collects baseline data, analyzes capability, and identifies key performance metrics. The Analyze phase then determines the root causes of defects and inefficiencies. Following this, the Improve phase designs and tests solutions before selecting the optimal changes. Finally, the Control phase implements quality control plans to validate improvements and monitor ongoing process performance.
