What Color Is It?
Red: Imagine a juicy apple, a big fire truck, or a sweet strawberry.
All are bright red!

Blue: Look up at the sky, or think about the wide ocean and your
comfy jeans – they're blue.

Yellow: The warm sun, a yummy banana, and a tangy lemon are
all sunny yellow.

Green: The soft grass, the leaves on a tree, and a little frog.

Many colors: Some things, like a beautiful rainbow or a pile of

colorful building blocks, have lots of colors all at once!

crunchy cracker, or a window –

pizza are all round like a circle. Triangle
A slice of pizza, half a sandwich, or
the roof of a house can be shaped
like a triangle, with three sides.

Heart
A Valentine's card or a heart-
shaped balloon are examples
of this lovely shape. Star
Look for a starfish, a shiny
sticker, or a star twinkling in the
night sky.

How Big Is It?
Big: An enormous elephant, a long school bus, or a
giant teddy bear are all very big!
Small: A tiny ant, a little pebble, or a small button are all
very small.
Tall: A giraffe with a long neck, a towering building, or
a tall tree reach high up.

Short: A small dog, a little table, or a crayon are

examples of things that are short.
