They usually happen on games and apps like youtube or


through gmail.

GAMES
• Websites or YouTube videos promise "Free
Robux" . They ask users to enter their
Roblox login details or complete surveys.
• Once submitted, attackers steal the account
— sometimes reselling it or using it for
scams.
• THEY ARE ALWAYS SCAMS.

1. Facebook and Google
Between 2013 and 2015,
Facebook and Google were tricked o
ut of $100 million
due to an extended phishing
campaign. The phisher took
advantage of the fact that both
companies used Quanta, a Taiwan-
based company, as a vendor. The
attacker sent a series of fake
invoices to the company that
impersonated Quanta, which both
Facebook and Google paid.

offer from Harvard University. The
scam involved a series of emails
and forged documents, creating the
illusion of a legitimate teaching
position. This led her to resign from

had secured a new job. The scam
was uncovered after a period of
time, prompting her to file a
complaint with Delhi police and
