He is a police officer of the rank of assistant superintendent of police (ASP) currently attached to Shell Nigeria. He is a communications graduate from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology (RSUST). He is married to a journalist, Daphne, with a son, Jeremiah Jesam Freeman (J. J. Freeman.) He lives and works with his family in the city of Port Harcourt. This is one of many works among other yet to be published short stories and poems.
