AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT

I, ROQUE DELFIN VALERA, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of No. 16 Calachuchi Street, Camella Homes, Bankal, 6015 Lapulapu City, Cebu, under oath, depose and state:

That I am the spouse of LIBERTINE ORSAL VALERA who will be travelling to London on August 2012. That the trip to London is purely for a family visit and leisure. That I undertake that I have sufficient and adequate funds to defray the expenses of my mother-in-law, VIRGILIA MONTEZON ORSAL for the travel of my spouse while abroad and I further guarantee that she shall not be a public charge of the country to which we intend to travel to and will return to the Philippines after the trip. That I execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of all the foregoing facts and for whatever lawful purposes this may serve.
