these differences\u2014and the important connections between outputs and
outcomes\u2014you can develop a better plan for evaluation.

Instructions:
1. Review the table\u2019s definitions and examples for \u201coutputs\u201d versus
\u201coutcomes.\u201d
2. Generate a list of possible outputs and outcomes for your own magnet
program.
Note: You may also use this tool to check an existing draft of a logic model to
