Public Employee Performance Evaluation - Government Code Section 54957. Title: City Engineer. B. Property Negotiations Govt. Code Section 54956.8, Real Property negotiations between City Administrator Jason Stilwell and Christine Sandin regarding the Sunset Cultural Center.
