Incidents at reneries

HollyFrontiers most-recent oil spill is but one of scores of incidents at the renery, which has accounted for more than 40 percent of all infractions in Utah over the past 18 years. Data include reports of spills, res, leaks, explosions and hundreds of incidents where renery equipment failures or malfunctions resulted in the release of airborne pollutants that exceeded levels permitted by state regulators.
