Since 1900, five generations of the Dispigno/Rubino family have learned, perfected, and served the same menu that Philadelphia Magazine says may as well be chiseled in granite. And while the family would never veer from 112 years of history, that doesnt mean we havent learned a new recipe or two along the way. Ralphs Italian Restaurant would like to present its newest addition, our Trattoria Menu. This menu reflects customer favorites, seasonal specials, as well as contemporary dishes we think youll enjoy.
