Since 1900, five generations of the Dispigno/Rubino family have learned, perfected, and served the same menu that Philadelphia Magazine says may as well be chiseled in granite. And while the family would never veer from 112 years of history, that doesnt mean we havent learned a new recipe or two along the way.
