Negroni
Im not changing a thing about the classic. It is traditional to serve this up, but I prefer it
with one large ice cube.
Makes 1 drink

1 ounce Plymoth Gin

1 ounce Campari

1 ounce Punt e Mes

Orange twist, for garnish

Pour gin, Punt e Mes, and Campari over ice in a shaker and shake vigorously until ice
has shattered. Strain and serve up with a twist of orange. Alternatively, combine the gin,
Punt e Mes and Campari with ice and stir. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass and
garnish with a twist of orange.
