Baltimore Police Seek Public Assistance in Robbery Investigation
BALTIMORE, MD / November 1, 2012 - The Baltimore Police Department is asking for the publics help to identify a robbery suspect. On October 28, 2012, at approximately 8:20pm, an unknown suspect entered the 7-Eleven store located in the 1900 block of Edison Highway. The suspect withdrew a handgun and announced a robbery. The suspect then fled from the location with an unknown amount of money. Citywide Robbery Detectives are attempting to identify the suspect who was captured on video surveillance. The suspect is described as a black male in his mid 20s, approximately 60 in height, and was last seen wearing a dark hat, black leather jacket, black pants, and blue shoes. Anyone with information on the identity of the suspect is asked to contact the Baltimore Police Citywide Robbery Unit at 410-366-6341. Callers may remain anonymous.
