ONE, et al.,Defendants.No. 74-CV-204-TUC-DCB(consolidated case)The Fisher Plaintiffs, the Mendoza Plaintiffs, the United States (collectively, the“Plaintiffs”), and the Tucson Unified School District No. 1 (“TUSD,” or the “District”)(collectively, “the Parties”) hereby submit this Stipulation regarding the filing of the JointProposed Unitary Status Plan Noting Areas of Disagreement (the “Draft USP”) filedherewith, and the filing of objections by the Parties on November 9, 2012.This Draft USP consists of the Unitary Status Plan jointly proposed by the Parties,reached after months of negotiations, as well as specific objections and/or proposals bycounsel for each of the Parties in response to the current language of the Draft USP, notedin the margins of the document. For each objection and/or proposal, the Parties willseparately file a legal brief on November 9, 2012, setting forth the legal basis for theseobjections and/or proposals. Pursuant to previous orders of this Court, the time fromNovember 9, 2012 to December 14, 2012 will allow for a robust public comment processand for the Parties and the Special Master to make changes to the Draft USP pursuant topublic comment, as appropriate. Per the Order dated September 24, 2012, final objectionsand responses to the public comment process will be filed on December 14, 2012. The
