    1. If you had the ability to heal people, how would you use your power? Would you keep it a secret, like Remy does, or would you tell the world? Why? 2. How does Remys ability bring her and Asher closer together? How does it push them apart? 3. How would you handle living life as an immortal? Would you return to the same places, as Ashers family does, or would you use the opportunity to live in completely new areas? Why? 4. As a victim of domestic abuse, Remy endures a lot of pain and fear. In several ways, her situation is similar to what many kids face today at the hands of bullies. Have you ever dealt with a bully? Do you think Remys way of dealing with Dean is effective? If not, what else could she try? 5. How does Annas journal help Remy empathize with her mother? In what ways does it make Remy hate her mother even more?
