Therefore, there is no way to ascertain that any of Requester1 papers, which were purportedly "Received" by the court, were indeed registered as such. • Under "Decisions", none of the decisions on the appeal itself are listed. • Under "Decisions", a November 4, 2011 Decision by District Judge Ofra Cherniak is listed, purportedly on Request by Requester1, but listed as addressing a Request by Appellant1 (who is dead by now). • The November 4, 2011 Decision was never served on Requester1, Dr Joseph Zernik. • The November 4, 2011 Decision is not available for downloading from the public access system. Upon review of the entire body of records in this case, a reasonable person would conclude that the case was conducted as a simulated case [הליך למראית עין].
