Technical Support Marriott International's Architecture and Construction (A&C) Division is among the largest hotel design and construction providers, with a project portfolio that spans worldwide The expertise of this department in the design and construction of convention center hotels is unrivaled, having participated in the development of eighteen 1,000+ room convention hotels globally, This division provides more than 50 years of dedicated focus on the planning and design of distinct hotel properties that emphasize guest comfort, as well as cast efficiency. With six locations worldwide, A&C's 300+ design professionals, including licensed architects, engineers and interior designers are driven by creativity and innovation. Researching, developing and implementing best practices to bring our development partners tangible results in terms of increased revenue, operational cost savings, and guest satisfaction we have established ourselves as leaders in hotel design and bring this experience to bear on the design of Marriott branded hotels. The A&C team serves as the main hotel design coordinator between owner, developer, Marriott Operations and others. ‘The team reviews and advises on project budget, and design documents for compliance with Marriott design standards to assist in developing the optimal project design.
