ABOUT FUSE
Fuse, the national television network dedicated exclusively to music, brings viewers closer to their favorite artists and bands by featuring original series and specials, exclusive interviews, live concerts and video blocks all rooted in the music experience. Celebrating the hit makers of today, familiar favorites and edgy newcomers, Fuse accommodates the wide-ranging tastes and attitudes of its audience with compelling music programming on-air, on-line, on-demand, in HD and via mobile technologies.

HISTORY
Fuse originally launched in 1994 as a Canadian music channel called MuchMusic USA. In 2001, it started to split from its Canadian parent by becoming MMUSA and officially re-launched as Fuse in 2003. The Fuse channel originally focused on underground and indie music genres, but has evolved to encompass genres such as pop, urban, punk and heavy metal as well. In 2008, Fuse signed partnerships with major music festivals including the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony, Bonnaroo, Vans Warped Tour, Voodoo Experience and Lollapalooza. Today, Fuse is owned by the Madison Square Garden Company and is one of the leading music television networks.

EXECUTIVES
Hank Ratner is the president and CEO of the Madison Square Garden Company. Ratner directs overall strategy and day-to-day operations of the business. Currently, he is leading the transformation of the iconic Madison Square Garden. Mike Bair is the president of Madison Square Garden Media. He oversees the strategic operations of all the sports, entertainment and television networks including Fuse.
