Feb. 17, Sun.-The Worship Service will also include a Baby Dedication service for Morgan Good, Scarlett Hoover, Dayton Kanagy, and Dexter Leid. Feb. 20, Wed.-Youth Group, meeting at church at 7 p.m. Feb. 20, Wed.-Sewing Circle at Bowmansville, morning & afternoon. This months project is Sewing Kits.

Feb. 24, Sun.- Scrapbook Day! Planned after church, bring a packed lunch, your scrap booking supplies, other hobbies or you can just visit. If you have any questions, see Darla Leid or Chrystle Swatski. Feb. 24, Sun.-Bob Phillips will be sharing during the service. Bob & Mim Phillips - missionaries we support as a church, are serving the Lord through World Harvest Mission and EMM in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Mar. 1-3- Mens Retreat-Sign up on the sheet in the narthex. Mar. 2, Sat.-Good Shepherd Community Church is hosting a workshop on "Relating to Adopted Children and Youth Equipping" from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. Presenter is Laura Miller, Attachment/Trauma therapist at COBYS Family Services. Registration is required. Contact Treva Bollinger-336-2951 by Feb. 24. Childcare is available at a cost Topics include:1)Trauma and attachment related issues affecting foster and adopted children and their caregivers; 2)Affect of these issues on the entire family, as well as the church; 3)Respite; and 4)Practical tools and strategies for parents/other people working with children affected by trauma. Mar.2, Sat.-Everence Lancaster will host Stewardship University, a ministry partnership between Everence and the local faith community. Local leaders had a hand in selecting the courses to be offered at this event. Bill Parson, HIA, Everence Benefits Rep., will present the latest info on health care issues in his course titled Health Care Reform in the US. New, unused items like arts, crafts, baked goods, fishing/hunting gear, flowers, gift cards, theme baskets. Drop off at Ephrata Mennonite Church M, W, F from 9-2. Large Items: antiques, furniture, unique and specialty may be used for publicity purposes if received by March 4. All gifts are tax deductible. -Dave & Delores Shirk who shared at our church in Oct. are planning to serve as missionaries in Guinea Bissau, West Africa through EMM. They hope to leave at the end of March to replace those currently serving who are scheduled to leave. They have raised about 84% of their needed support but still have need for the other 16%.
