Cheese Cake

Crumb Crust 1 cup sweet biscuit crumbs 2 oz butter melted

Method

1. Combine biscuit and melted butter. 2. Press into a buttered 8 inch pie plate.

Filling 8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese (softened at room temperature) cup sugar 1 dstspn lemon juice tspn vanilla essence pinch of salt 2 eggs

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, salt and eggs. Beat constantly until thick and fluffy. Pour filling into prepared crumb crust and bake in a slow oven until set.
