Spreadsheet determines the location of each pin of your tube socket or any devi To create a "tube socket" component:

1) Set a 0,0 origin near the center of an empty work area and place a pad there.

2) Measure the pin-circle diameter of your socket and place its dimension in cel locations will be in the same units.

3) Enter the number of socket pins plus any missing pin-circle pins in cell B30 be an 8-pin pin-circle; a 9-pin socket mini --10-pin pin-circle; etc.)

4)Set pads for each of your socket pins at the locations indicated in columns x a "due east" of the origin. Do not assign pin numbers to the pads (other than the c 5)"Group" the pins to make a component and save it.

6) (Optional) Make a second component using the pin locations given in column first pin will be offset from "due east" by half the angle between adjacent pins, gi

Using the socket's center as pin 1 allows you to more easily align the socket on assign the correct pin numbers to each pin which will allow you to sync your layo
