At the Retiree Luncheon held at Golden Corral in Mesquitelast Thursday" Feburary.21,2013, you would
have been "very proud" of your representative Don Rohan. I was' not at all pleased with his answersto
questions that were asked, and nenner were many of theotner retlrees.ln attendance (approx tue). He
continually evaded any question put before him, instead talking"allaround the question" about otherthings.
Oneof .our members said to him "If there is anythingcriminal going on in our pension, I would be the first to
cnarqes." At that moment, Mr. Rohan exploded, out "I haven'tdons a GO (anpM didn't say
GD but the.real words) thing.wrong", in a voice loud & angry enoughto attract the attentionof not only our
group, but of all the other patrons in the restaurant.
There was an on-duty police officer present who statedto me "'thought, bythe way tieacted, I might hays
to break up a fight." I feel his actions were totally out of line & inappropriate, andthink sometype'of
disciplinary action should be taken,
I have nothingfurther to say at this time -I am very disappointed in our Pension administration - I KNOWit
can do better.

Re: Actions of Don Rohan at Retirees Luncheon
Thank you for taking the time to write me of your concerns. I have previously discussed this matter withMr.
Rohan.
From Mr. Rohan's perspective he thought that a few of our members in attendance were attacking him
personally. After alengthy discussion with one person in theaudience who WaSmakingrepeated general
'accusations hut with no facts Mr. Rohan lost his temper.
I would ask you as a professional police officer if you were in that ease where a crowdwas accusing, you of
breaking the law and stealing would you not also lose your temper especiallywhen the person making the
charge had no facts but j ust kept repeating the charge, over and overWith. no-facts?
I apologize to you and theremaining members,
Ifyou or any other person or group would like to meet with me I am, available,
Thank you,
'Richard
