Base Voice Tariff plan

The MRP of SUK includes price of USIM. For plan activation, existing plan voucher of Rs.51 will be used. The customer will be given 1GB+200 MB Free data usage with 30 days validity from the date of creation and the Main Account validity will be set 365 days from the date of 1st call.*123# The SUK will be physically bundled with data card and not be allowed for sale as standalone sale of USIM. Data charges beyond the FREE usage will be deducted @ Rs. 0.02/10KB from the main account To extend the validity beyond the initial validity of one year, the data plan customer has to use Plan voucher Rs.51 only

3G DATA Facilities to Prepaid customers

Existing prepaid customers can avail 3G services wherever 3G services are available. The difference between 2G and 3G services are (1) video call facility and (2) Data speed.

Data speed in 2G service is upto 128kbps Data speed in 3G service is upto 3.6Mbps To enjoy the 3G facilities ,wherever 3G services are available , the customer should have 3G enabled handset. The customer has to choose Automatic / Dual mode in Network setting in his ha ndset. This will enable him to view the 2G / 3G Network symbol. Any new or existing prepaid customer can activate 3G data speed by using any one of the 3G data STVs (MRP,Rs25,53,101,155,252,452,601,751,1099,1501,3002) , - thro C-Top-up as well as through SMS). If any 2G Data STV MRP 7, 14, 54, 98, 270, 302 (- all 2G Data STCs thro SMS only) is used, the speed will be brought back to 2 G Data speed (128kbps). While activating from 2G speed to 3G speed and vice versa, during the validity period, of the respective Data STV, the left out volume of Data, availed through Data vouchers, in the respective speed, will be nullified. The tariff beyond the free usage limit specified for each 2G & 3G Data STVs is @ 2p/10KB uniformly. During the above said process, the basic voice tariff plan in prepaid continues to remain the same.
