FGA has a large number of references on bulk handling projects and long experience designing, supplying and erecting such equipments and plants, including wide range of Shipunloader, Shiploaders, Stacker and Reclaimers, Wagon Loading and Unloading solutions, conveyors, etc as per various International Standards. We have been awarded with following project: Engineering, Supply, Erection, Commissioning and Testing of Fertilizer handling system for 6th Berth of Kakinada Seaport With reference to this project, we would be really pleased if you could submit your best quotation in price and delivery time for the following: Supply of 02 nos of belt feeders according to the technical specification and documentation mentioned below: The scope of the supplier include but it is not limit to the following points: Supply of 02 nos of belt feeders as per technical specification Submit all the drawings and calculations Transportation to 6th berth of Kakinada

19260007-RFQ-006 Following conditions must be considered in your quotation: 1.- Delivery Time Delivery time shall be according to following schedule:

DATES 3 months from the LOI

The penalty for delay and non compliance of the delivery delay shall be 1% per week until the first three weeks. From the fourth week on, 2% per week shall be applied until a maximum of 10%. This penalty shall be automatically applied, without having to let the SUPPLIER on default. The penalty shall be autonomous and independent of any other responsibility in which the SUPPLIER can incur in the execution of the present contract and/or order of purchase and the damages that FGI could claim for any cause, as corresponding to them, like extra costs originated in FGI for the supply of products / services with NON CONFORMITIES non-compliance / deviations of the quality. The SUPPLIER expressly allows FGI to retain any payment still pending from the application of the penalty and extra costs established in this Point. 2.- Delivery Conditions and Transport INCOTERMS 2000 DDP Offer of the Supplier shall include free of cost custody and storage time of the supply at the Suppliers workshop up to two months after supply is ready for delivery. 3.- Form of Payment and Invoicing Payments shall be done by bank transfer or cheque 45 days upon receipt of correct and approved invoices at FGI offices in Visakhapatnam. Currency for Payments: Indian Rupees (INR).

19260007-RFQ-006 4.- Warranty Supplier shall warranty every supply up to 36 months after Provisional Acceptance of the equipment by the Owner.

5.- Bank Guarantees Quotation shall consider that, in case of award, following Bank Guarantees should be issued by the Supplier to FGI (a) Perfomance Bond Value: 10% of Total Contract Price. Period of validity: From the date of issue of the first invoice until 30 days following the satisfactory acceptance of the Scope and in any case before the issuance of the Warranty Bond (b) Warranty Bond Value: 10% of Total Contract Price. Period of validity: From the satisfactory acceptance of the Scope until the end of the Warranty period 6.- Deadline for Submission of Quotations Quotation as per terms mentioned above must be sent before October 30th , 2012 indicating our reference 19260007-RFQ-006 7.- Price Price including in the quotation shall be firm and fixed. 19260007-RFQ-006 The payment shall be realized 45 days after the reception by FGI, of the above mentioned documents. Upon signature of the contract, Performance Bank Guarantee in the form of an irrevocable bank bond, covering 10% of the total order and valid until the end of the warranty period must be provided. The Supplier shall hand over, together with confirmation of the order, an official Declaration of Exclusive Property that establish that all the material that the Supplier is buying for this specific Contract as well as all the commercial components and/or commercial effects supplied by FGI, belong to the Exclusive Property of FGI. 9.- Documents to be enclosed with Quotation In addition to documents required by Technical Specifications and Quality Requirements applicable on RFQ, at least, following documents should be enclosed to the quotation in order to consider it as complete: (a) Detailed bar schedule for the fabrication (b) Catalogues and Photographs. (c) List of References for similar Supplies. In case that Purchase Order is issued, following documentation shall be provided not later than 15 days after issuance of the Purchase Order for approval of FGI: (a) (b) (c) (d) Planning Inspection Points Program Quality Assurance Plan Monthly Progress Report Format

All above mentioned documents shall be in English language only. The metal-mechanical Contractor shall prepare a detailed planning of all activities and works, in software support, using the programme Microsoft Project, weekly updated, which shall include manpower resources, materials and production means required in order to comply with main Schedule provided at the initial stages of the contract. This report/programme must include as well specification for the tests and samples to be carried out in accordance with the Quality Plan and IPPs. Every month, latest 29th of the month, Contractor will issue to FGI the Monthly progress report, including at least the following chapters / information: (a) Charts and detailed descriptions of progress (UPDATED SCHEDULE)

19260007-RFQ-006 (b) Photographs showing the status of erection activities (c) For the erection of each main item, percentage progress and the actual or expected dates of: (i) Commencement of manufacture, (ii) Contractors inspections, (iii) Tests (d) Copies of quality assurance documents, test results and certificates (e) List of Variations (f) Comparisons of actual and planned progress, with details of any events or circumstances which may jeopardize the completion in accordance with the Contract. The Works Programme and Delivery Delay for the metal-mechanical erection process shall be, roughly, as follows: Final formats of documents b, c, e and f mentioned above along with necessary drawings must be delivered together with supply as per quantity, format, size and quality approved by FGI. 10.- Validity of Quotations Quotation shall be valid for 30 days from the offer date. 11.- Notes (a) All charges incurred during the preparation of your quotation and negotiation in relation with this inquiry shall be borne by the bidder. (b) In the event that you decline to quote or the order is placed elsewhere, all documents which we have supplied for inquiry purpose must be returned to FGI. (c) Should there be any conflict or discrepancy in or among the applicable documents, please notify us immediately. Further, should you have any queries or comments relating to this quotation, please refer them to the address above. (d) Notwithstanding any information contained in the applicable documents, you must obtain all information necessary to submit your quotation.
