3. Check List before Operation


1) Shut off steam to D-4501 closing ① ②
2) Cut the steam to A-4501 closing ③
3) Cut the steam to T-4501 closing ④
4) Shut off N2 to T-4501 closing ⑤
5) Shut off BDL closing ⑥⑦
6) Shut of slurry supply to D-4501 closing ⑧⑨
7) Shut off LSC to D-4501 closing ⑩
8) Shut off LS to jacket closing ⑪
9) Cut the steam to J-4503 steam closing ⑫

4. Commissioning sequence

4.1 S-4501 Steamer cyclone cleaning


1) Depressurize T-4501 opening ⑦PV-45007 and close again
2) Open ⓐS-4501 Steamer cyclone bottom flange
- Clean S-4501 Steamer cyclone
3) Close S-4501 Steamer cyclone bottom flange
4) D-4501 activation
Open ①②③④⑤⑥⑦⑩⑪⑫
5) Place D-4501 in operation opening ⑧ and control ⑨

5. Maintenance and Inspection


1) Bearing temperature shall not exceed 40 ° C above the ambient air temperature.
2) Grease injection to bearing housing should be done once / two months by machinery team.
(Grease injection is performed when an abnormal sound occurs.)
3) Grease injection to motor should be done by instrument/electric team.
4) Inspection shall be carried out once a day and once per month for vibration measurements.

6. Precautions and safety measures


1) When working, be sure to work with two people a set.
2) Every time work is done, it should be contacted by radio and familiar with state of
interworking.
