3. Check List before Operation


1) Put CW in service to E-4805,E-4808

4. Commissioning sequence

4.1 Pelletizer start-up 준비


1) Start ⓐRF-3806
2) Run ⓑC-4813A ventilation fan
3) Start ⓒC-4802A pellets pneumatic transport blowers
4) Start ⓓZ-4813 vibration classifier
5) Adjust ⓔ opening
6) Start ⓕZ-4810 centrifugal dryer
7) Start ⓖC-4809 exhaust fan
8) Adjust ⓗ opening
9) Circulate ①PCW in D-4808 by running ⓘP-4808 PCW pump

4.2 Pelletizer start up


Once extruder unit starts
1) Introduce PCW to ② Z-4803 Extrusion unit by diverting ⓙHV-44815
2) PCW is separated out Pellet in Z-4809 pre dewatering screen and recycle to D-4808 PCW
tank through ② line
- PCW in Z-4811 is separated out Pellet and recycle to D-4808 PCW tank
- PCW in Z-4810 is separated out Pellet and recycle to D-4808 PCW tank through line

3) Pellet dewatered in Z-4810 is stored to D-4807 through line ⑥


4) Pellet stored in D-4807 is transferred to D-4901A~H by C-4802 blower through ⑦HV-
48907 ⓐRF-3806

5. Maintenance and Inspection


1) Bearing temperature shall not exceed 40 ° C above the ambient air temperature.
2) Grease injection to bearing housing should be done once / two months by machinery team.
(Grease injection is performed when an abnormal sound occurs.)
3) Grease injection to motor should be done by instrument/electric team.
4) Inspection shall be carried out once a day and once per month for vibration measurements.

6. Precautions and safety measures


1) When working, be sure to work with two people a set.
2) Every time work is done, it should be contacted by radio and familiar with state of
interworking.
