    Dear Mr.Gill: This will confirm our understanding that employees of Alpha Geoscience who are members of IOGA NY are individual members within the professional membership category, not corporate members. It further is our understanding that IOGA NY does not have corporate memberships, but only individual memberships. It has come to our attention that you recently listed Alpha Geoscience as a signatory to your April 22, 2013 letter to Governor Cuomo on behalf of the members of IOGA NY. Per our understanding above, it was not accurate to list Alpha Geoscience as a corporate member of IOGA NY in your April 22 letter, and please be advised that you are not authorized to issue correspondence on behalf of Alpha Geoscience.
