-MINUTES OF THE MEETING-

Attendees:

Bongay, Jr. and Brgy. Kagawad Hon. Ramil Queroyla

Agenda:
 Blessed Ville Homeowners Association, Inc. is looking for
support from the Local Government Unit of Cagayan de Oro to
develop its road networks.

 Turnover of Open Spaces and Road Networks to the Local


Government Unit of Cagayan de Oro City.

 1st Speaker – Blessed Ville HOA President-VICTOR L. RAPIRAP, SR


 Mr. Victor L. Rapirap, Sr. spoke to members about the current
status of the Subdivision status and its development. Road
Networks and Outfalls have not yet been developed due to
financial concerns. As the association is a Sendong Victims,
they cannot continue the development. Hence, they are looking
forward that the LGU will extend its hands to the association.

 2nd Speaker – Punong Brgy. Hon. Marlon Fidel D. Bongay, Jr.


 The Brgy. Captain Mr. Marlon Fidel D. Bongay, Jr. pointed out
the importance of being united as one community. The HOA
President should listen to all the Concerns and suggestions
from every member of the association and consider them before
coming up with a decision as everyone agreed. He asked full
support of the members of the HOA President as he is looking
for the good of the community.

 He also asked if the association has an alternative route in


case heavy traffic or a fire incident occurs and a designated
location to put up a fire hydrant outside the gate of
Ecoverde. Chapels for Catholics and other religious groups, a
covered court, and Daycare Center or School. He also asked for
another Entry and Exit at the Existing Brgy. Road as access in
case of Emergencies.

 Mr. Victor Rapirap, Sr. said, it can be provided but the


association is currently lacking support from the Government,
and this is the reason why the General Assembly was scheduled.

 3rd Speaker – CHUDD Representative- Mr. Cesar Jay Pagapulaan:


 Mr.Cesar Jay Pagapulaan discussed the history of Blessed Ville
since when He was in Touch Foundation as Organizer during the
application of the beneficiary of Sendong, he was the one who
facilitated the land Acquisition for the Blessed Ville
subdivision. He also helped Blessed Ville during his term at
Social Action Center, and he also helped Blessed Ville with
Loan application, house construction, and Take-out during his
term in SHFC, he was also the one who made ta logo for Blessed
Ville.
 Mr.Cesar Jay Pagapulaan said, as the representative of the
City Housing and Urban Development Department; the current
association is considered a private entity and the LGU cannot
enter into the development phase of the subdivision. Hence, it
was advisable to donate the Open Spaces and Road Networks to
the LGU.

 A board resolution will be executed by the Board Members to


donate the Open Spaces and Roads to the LGU. The first step
that the association should take is to be the beneficiary of
the Direct Participation.
