This has the ber, unlike an actual juice, however, this drink is by far one of my all time favorites when doing a liquid feast as it offers so much in the way of hydration, including lubricating the intestinal track! This is my version of Dr. Jubbs famous Electrolyte Lemonade.

INGREDIENTS 3 ORGANIC LEMONS (YELLOW SKIN PEELED WITH RIND LEFT ON) 1 ORGANIC PEAR 3 INCHES OF A FRESH ALOE LEAF (FILLET USING THE CLEAR INNARDS) 2 TSP CRYSTAL SEA SALT 3 TBSP ORGANIC COCONUT OIL 6 TBSP ORGANIC RAW BUCKWHEAT HONEY 7 CUPS PURIFIED WATER (FRESHLY GATHERED SPRING WATER IS OPTIMAL) DIRECTIONS

Blend on high until creamy & frothy. This will make an entire pitcher. My suggestion is to drink the entire pitcher as your main source of liquid throughout the day. As mentioned above this will offer many layers of healing including hydration, lubricating the intestinal track, along with the ber acting as a brillo pad and scrubbing away unwanted debris.

Serves 1, for drinking all morning. Keeps for a day when refrigerated in a sealed container but juice is always best served fresh. The skin of cucumbers is high in cholesterol-lowering sterols. This is a great drink to serve to grandparents who have been saving a little extra pudding around their middles for a rainy day.

HOPPINGWILD

Now we start getting into the serious juices. Green juices deliver much needed nutrients quickly and easily to wherever your body needs them. Serves 2.
INGREDIENTS 10 - 20 BIG WILD LEAVES FROM YOUR GARDEN (SUCH AS DANDELION, DOCK OR PLANTAIN) 2 APPLES, PEELED AND CORED 5 STALKS OF CELERY DIRECTIONS

Juice all the ingredients, mix and drink. As you get used to the strength of the wild greens, increase the amount. If you find them too strong to start with, use only five leaves and gradually build up.
Variation

If you dont have a garden, and there are no wild plants near you, use kale, spinach, watercress and herbs instead of the wild garden greens.

FIREJUICE

GREENTRANSFUSION

This drink is like a shot of green electrolyte energy. Perfect for to accompany your intense cardio or weight training.
INGREDIENTS 2 - 4 cups of coconut water 1 - 2 tablespoons of spirulina 1 pinch of sea salt 1 - 2 tablespoons of chlorella (optional) 1 dropper of stevia (optional) DIRECTIONS

Blend and hand stir and enjoy!

HONEYKOMBUCHA

Just as yummy as your favorite Kombucha from the store, now made with honey! Feel free to experiment with flavoring your kombucha and coming up with different combinations. I love adding ginger juice.
INGREDIENTS 1/2 CUP APPLE CIDER VINEGAR 1/2 CUP RAW HONEY 8 CUPS WATER 5 GREEN TEA BAGS 1 KOMBUCHA SCOBY 1 PIECE OF CHEESE CLOTH 1 RUBBER BAND DIRECTIONS

1. Lightly warm water and add 5 caffeinated tea bags (I used Green Tea). 2. Stir in a half a cup of raw honey until thoroughly mixed. 3. Stir in a quarter cup of raw apple cider vinegar. 4. Add scoby (be sure water is cool before you do this step) 5. Place cheese cloth over jar (double folded) and wrap with rubber band. 6. Wait 7-30 days to ferment. (Do not take off cloth before 7 days)

NOTE: *You can purchase a scoby online or sometimes through a local co-op. You can experiment with the

ferment time according to taste.

**When you tea is done you will have two scobys, the one you originally put in that floated to the bottom, and a new one that grew on top. You can now do the same process over and make two batches at once (one with each scoby), or you can give one to a friend so they can start their own tea! You can also add in grated ginger or fresh fruit juices with your kombucha, just be sure to add this the tea only, do not mix it with the scoby.

IMMUNITYTEA

Keep the tea kettle on the stove as this type of tea is made in a pot. I have a big clay pot that I brew my teas in, kind of looks like a witches kettle.

INGREDIENTS 1 CHUNK OF CHAGA MUSHROOM, BROKEN UP (APPROX SIZE OF AN EGG) 1 CHUNK OF REISHI MUSHROOM, BROKEN UP (APPROX SIZE OF AN EGG) 1/2 CUP PAU D ARCO 1/2 CUP FO TI 1/2 CUP CATS CLAW 1 HANDFUL ASHWAGANDA 8+ CUPS WATER 1 CUP (GOJI BERRIES) DIRECTIONS

1. Add in all the ingredients (minus the goji berries) and boil for an hour or more. 2. Then put the heat to low and let it simmer for a minimum of two hours before drinking. I usually have the pot warm all day long, and just keep adding in fresh water. After 3 - 5 refills think about adding in or replacing the ingredients before your next tea.
