Recovered Stolen Property Looking for It's Home!!!

File # 2013-8907 On March 31st Langley RCMP was called to the 19600 block of Fraser Highway where a witness reported seeing a male break into a parked vehicle. The window had been smashed and a description of the male and his associated vehicle were provided to police. A short time later the officers arrive, locate the victim vehicle and observe a vehicle matching the description provided pulling away. The officers conducted a vehicle stop and the driver was known to the officers as a property offender. Further, he matched the description given by the witness. The year old male from was arrested and when searched subsequently he was found to have an emergency glass breaker. The vehicle was searched and many items were found (some of which are pictured) that are believed to be stolen. The items included electronics, jewelry, and sunglasses amongst other items. Jesse James KIPPS, age 30 of Surrey has been charged with Mischief, Possession of Break-In Instruments and Theft Under $5000. He has been release from custody and will next appear in court on July 5th. Much of the jewelry is unidentifiable in that there are no serial numbers or distinct features making computer queries difficult. Langley RCMP is asking victims of recent property crime to peruse the photographs of the property recovered and still not returned.
