    Abstrak : The task of marketing staff and a small loan at jatim bank branch Dr. Soetomo generally equal to the task of an account officer at another bank, but there are some differences that occur during the billing to customers and monitor their customers' loan payments until the loan repayment occurs, which usually not performed by an account officer at another bank. Another thing to note from the marketing staff and a small credit in lending, especially credit KUR is through the analysis of the character, capacity, collateral, capital, condition as well as through personal analysis by considering several factors, among others, by looking at the track record of loan 'never' or 'being' taken by the SID, see the business progress of borrowers, using a personal feeling or instinct, and personal beliefs that exist in itself is a major capital of a lending.
