    It comes to our attention that some assorted items are placed by some occupants at the
    common areas, such as along the corridor or at the lift lobby. Please be advised that it
    violates the provisions stipulated in the Deed of Mutual Covenant (DMC) of the Building
    and Fire Regulations. For the sake of safety, we write to advise you that no articles is
    allowed to put at the common areas. Meanwhile, we will keep close monitoring to
    maintain the common areas in good conditions.
