EXTENSION OF CONSTRUCTION WORK PERMIT.

1. Background

The Contractor Ruwacon commenced with construction work based on a Notification of Construction
Works and this was accepted by Department of Labour. The works permit is valid from the 22 May 2023
till the 30 November 2023.

2. Current Status

The Contractor is currently working on site with the valid works permit. The reason why requesting the
extension of the works permit is that the contractor foresee the delay of works due to the following:

• Beneficiary list pending.

• Approval of the additional works by the Client
• Delay from approval of the 5 units by the Client

We therefore request the extension of works permit to be extended up until the 31 January 2024 on
behalf of the Client as the Principal Agent.
