If Smoke alarms are out of date these must be replaced with Aico smoke and if installed Aico heat detector. Aico Battery
Radio Link Smokes are to be installed if not smoke detection is present, no requirement to have one installed within a
kitchen. Take pictures of DB cover on with next inspection date sticker installed, DB cover off and mains position while
on site. You must carry out R2 test on gas and water bond and record reading on cert.

Please be advised, further to the emails below the tenant has again called today to
cancel her appointment scheduled for 02/02.
How would you like us to proceed with this order? This is now the 11th time the
tenant has called to cancel their appointments at short notice and all for
numerous reasons. The tenants reason for cancelling the appointment for 02/02
was Covid.
No further attempts to call / schedule this in again will be made unless we are
guaranteed to have access on the day.
