SUB: Issues facing While entering TDMS

With reference to the above subject following are the list of issues we are facing for entering the
TDMS data, we have already mailed the same problems to CRIS, TDMS through message center tab in
TDMS but no response received.

OHE:

1) For entering maintenance planning of cantilever, total assets are not reflecting in maintenance
planning as we are confirmed the all asset data,
2) We have entered maintenance data of cantilevers 97 to 127 KM, but not reflecting in MIS reports.
3) While opening maintenance planning of regulating equipment, Earth resistance it is showing proxy
error.
4) Tower wagon maintenance tab is not visible in maintenance module.
5) For entering the tension lengths of catenary, contact wires some locations are not showing in location
dropdown box example: 143/16A, 143/10, 144/04A, 134/14 etc.,

PSI:

1) In PSI assets, Line or Bay not showing for PT, LA of PDGL/SP

Ref: letter no Nil, dtd:27.02.22

You have sanctioned leave from 29.10.22 to 8.11.22, without any prior
information and approval from above said office, you have absconded duties from 9.11.22 to 10.11.22.
reported to above said office on 11.11.22 at 8:32 am. Undersigned already issued warning letter for abscond
duty on 27.02.22 without information, charge sheet is under process for absconding duties and misbehavior
with superior. received verbal complaints from staff as Not maintaining integrity with staff.Not performing
duties assigned with highest professionalism and dedication to his best duties. These comes under violation
of railway service conduct rules (1966) of 3(1)(ix), 3(1)(i),3(1)(ii),3 (1)(xxi). Any explanation to this letter
can be given on or before by 11.11.22, 5 P.M. if no response received in stipulated time charges will be
framed and necessary action will be initiated.
