Subject: Designating Officers under the Rights to Information Act, 2005-reg

In accordance with the

provisions contained in Section 5(2) of the Right to Information Act,
2005 and in supersession
of all previous
ordersin this regard, all Deputy Land & Development
Officers and Engineer Officer in charge of each Section/Division under their control in the
Land &
Development Office are hereby designated as Central Public Information Officer in respect of the
Sections/Units allocated to them as per the distribution of work from date from which he assumes
the duty as Dy. L&DO/EO. During the absence of
any of the above mentioned officer, the link officer
concerned will look after the work of CPIO. Accordingly, the names of the present Central Public
