Government have Issued certain amendments to the Andhra Pradesh Land
Development (Layout and Sub - di ision) Rules, 2017.

2. In the reference 4th cited, thJe MC, VMRDA has requested the Government
to darJfy certain aspects in the anpendments issued to the the Andhra Pradesh
Land Development (Layout and SUlb - division) Rules, 2017. The Government
after careful examination of the m4tter hereby issues the following clarifications
to clear ambiguity while implementihg orders issued vide reference 3rct cited: J

has to be made to the concerned
Development Authorities and in
case of areas which are not
covered in Development
Authorities, to the concerned
ULBs. For this amount separate
head provision is made in the
online portal.
