assessment of all e-governance related applications implemented / to be implemented in our

The letter vide memo no. 75(79)-DS dt. 14/5/14 from D.Bandyopadhyay, OSD & EO, Deptt of
IT & Electronics may kindy be seen in which it is noted, the System Integrator (SI) of CMC Ltd. Is in
the process of developing the system Requirement Specification (SRS) based on the agreed Functinal
Requirement Specifications (FRS) would perform the site survey of the District Head Qtr, sub-divns &
blocks where necessary hardware and networking equipments would be installed for the purpose of
on line delivery of selected services under the e-district project.
In view of the above, one officer of this district to validate the draft SRS and extend
cooperation for successful completion of site survey is required.

1) An amount of Rs. 10.00lakh of Term Deposit Receipt through CBI, CBR on behalf of District e-gov.
society has already been matured on 12/4/14, but it is not decided to clear the certificate as
maturity value.
2) Implementation of e-district Mission, the site survey of 18 network points has been completed by
the CMC representative & OC , IT Sec.
Regarding the above two points all the members & convenors of District E-Government
Society [Flag-“A”] and O.Cs of concerned departments / Sec for network points of e-district Mision
[Flag-“B”] may be requested to attend the meeting. Date, Time & Venue of the meeting may kindly
be specified, if approved.
