 TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION
Plots Location - Plots fall in all Blocks
A. Eligibility:
1. WAPDA, Disco, GENCO, NTDC Employees (Serving & Retd) and Society Employees.
2. General Public/ Govt. Employees as per policy/ Quota of Society are eligible.
3. Only one application for one plot will eligible.

B. Ineligibility:
1. Persons dismissed from service.
2. Persons convicted by Court.
C. Application Processing Fee:
1. Shall be Rs. 7,000 will be deposited along with down payment through DD/Pay order in favour of
WAPDA Town Islamabad.
2. Application Processing Fee is nonrefundable.
D. Documents to be attached with the Applications:
1. Two Latest attested passport size colored photograph.
2. Attested copy of CNIC of the Applicant.
3. Attested copy of CNIC of the Nominee.
4. Demand Draft or Pay-in-challan Form original form.
5. Attested copy of WAPDA Card/ Pension book.
E. Application form & Last Date:
1. Application form will be available free of cost at Wapda House Lahore/DISCOS/GENCOS & at site
office WTI Sangiani and can be download from Society website i.e. www.wti.com.pk. Photocopy is also
acceptable.
2. Application form completed in all respect must be delivered to Society office on or before 07-09-2020
3. A receipt will be issued in token of application form indicating tracking ID & date of receipt.

F. Cost of Plot & Provisional Payment Schedule:

1. Down Payment @ 30% for WAPDA/DISCO/GENCO/NTDC Employees and 40% for Government
Servant/General Public to be paid with application.
2. Balance will be deposited in 06 equal quarterly installments starting after one week of the
completion of balloting.
3. 10% concession will be given on lump sum payment of full amount.
4. Corner plots, plots on main boulevards (80 feet & above) and plots facing parks will be charged 10%
extra of the total price of plot as privileged plot fee. This fee will he added to the installment schedule
immediately after allotment of plot. Variation from normal size will be charged/ adjusted accordingly.
5. Un-successful applicants will be refunded their down payment within 30 days of the balloting date
through cross cheque.
6. Those who failed to deposit two consecutive installments, their allotments will be cancelled & they will
be refunded the paid amount after deduction of 20% surcharge.
