1. You must appoint a solicitor to act for you in the redemption of mortgage.
2. The three months’ notice of redemption will commence from the date in which you have stated below or based on your solicitors’ notice, whichever is earlier.
Please advise your appointed solicitor to inform the Bank if there is a change to the redemption date.
3. The full redemption is governed by the terms and conditions set out in the Letter of Offer. Prepayment / commitment fees / clawbacks (if applicable) will be
debited from the above bank account (if stipulated) or your loan servicing account in addition to the redemption amount.
4. No further capital repayment(s) to the housing loan may be made after the Bank’s receipt of this notice.
