Subject: Claim for the Delay

Dear Tina Kubukeli

In terms of clauses 29.1 and 29.4 of the JBCC Series 2000 Principal Agreement
edition 5.0 July 2007 we hereby give notice to submit a claim for the day we had
delay on site and a revision to the date of Practical Completion as well as our
intension to claim for expense and loss incurred, due to the circumstances detailed
below.

Further details will be submitted as required by the agreement.
