The Bill of Quantities, Bill 13 – Bridge Over Batang Saribas Page BQ13-12, item H, I521, Permanent
formwork soffit panel to Contractor’s proposal is referred. We notice that permanent formwork to pile cap
wall is not measured in the Bill of Quantities. The construction of the said permanent formwork will incur
additional cost and time. We will duly inform your good office once the exact cost and time are ascertained.
