RE: REALIGNMENT / RELOCATION OF CLASS FQUARTERS BEHIND RTP HALL

We kindly refer to your letter (Ref No.: PWD/NRO/BLG/B036/2021/GC[75) dated 10th January
2022 in response to our letter (Ref. No: CHSB/PWD-B036(SK-Sss)/2021(61) dated 8th
November 2021. We also refer to your letter to JPNS and their subsequent reply regarding
the above subject matter.

We would like to submit herewith our proposed layout for the Class F Quarters behind said
hall for your approval.

Apart from the 'Class FF Quarters proposed layout, we also include herewith the;

1. Re-alignment/ Shifting the access road parallel to existing Hall's structure to avoid
clashing with existing structure (Electric Pole, Pra-sekolah's fencing & Playground
area).
2. Drainage to follow the shifting of the road, while the direction of its flow to suit site
condition; which is discrepant from your Dwg Site Plan no.: B/J/SK/714/s/02. Kindly
refer to photo on Note no 3. for clearer assessment.
3. Relocation of the concrete crossover (serve no purpose) from the side of main road
(non-existing road drain refer to photo below) to the new proposed access to
Quarters No. 3 (behind Hall).
