RE: ARCHITECT FEE PROPOSAL

A) ARCHITECT SCOPE OF WORK – Fee RM 8500.00

 To advise the MBSA building requirement.
 To prepare MBSA building plan submission drawing.
 To carry building plan submission to MBSA and follow up for approval.
 Site supervision is excluded.
 Submission Borang B (notice of commencement of work)
 Certify the completion of the various stages of the works required in support of an application
for an issuance of a Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC).

B) ELECTRICAL ENGINEER & STRUCTURE ENGINEER SCOPE OF WORK – RM 600.00

 To certify ‘G’ Form G7 – electrical works, Form G3 & G4 – structure work for the purpose of
Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC) application.

C) TOTAL FEES
The total fee shall be calculated based fixed lump sum RM 9,100.00. 6% Service tax is excluded
and shall be pay by client
Note :
1. The above fee is excluding Majlis plan fee, penalty fee (If start work without approval)
2. Amendment plan after obtain Building Plan approval will be chargeable

3. Client required to appoint a CIDB registered contractor, license electrician, license plumber, to
certify the CCC application form ‘G’ after the renovation works is completed
4. To carry out the renovation works as per the Building approved plan. Any changes in plan must
resubmit to MBSA Jabatan Bangunan for approval.

D) MODE OF PAYMENT

The fees shall be paid by the client based on the stage of work done and accordance to the
percentage of fees as per the following schedule :-

Completion of works Percentage Percentage

1. Upon confirmation of appointment 40% 40%

2. Upon obtained building approval 40% 80%

3. Upon CCC application 20% 100%
