1.1 Discuss practical plan to accelerate project implementation

2.1 Time Schedule
2.1.1 Contractor submited the cost & resource loaded schedule /programe on 06 May 2021.
Consultant reviewed with and rejected (Code C) on 11 May 2021,  due to some incompliance with the 
project/Contract requirements and was instructed to re‐submit the project time schedule incorparating 
corrections, within 5 Days counting from the reopening day after EID holiday.

Monthly Report:
contractor need to prepare and submit the monthly report for April and May (Table of Content is given) 
review and approval.
The weekly report format is given to fill and submit for reveiw and approval.Not yet submitted.
2.2 Performance Bond /Guarantee Bond / Insurances.
2.2.1 Care and Supply of Documents:
To Provide one full edition of the publications (such as, but not limited to, Technical Standards and Codes  SAPAC
of Practice) named in the Specification, etc..
Contractor to submit today 2/6/21 
The Contract Price:  SAPAC 2/6/2021
The breakdown of each unit price of the Bill of Quantities.

2.6 Work Progress on Site:
2.6.1 • Contractor should be submitting method of statement for demolishing for 
approval.
Discussion solutions  for zones (7&8) 27‐04‐2021
The contractor should be submitting shopdrawing  of soluations with deatails for  SAPAC
approval from the engineer
Contractor will submit shop drawing for each station (Approved station in detail)

2.7 Quality Assurance & Quality Control
2.7.1 The contractor shall proposed the Quality Manager  SAPAC
2.8.1 Labor ID and Access to Site:
2.8.1 Labour Card / Site Access cards for all employees/Labours need to be provided by Contractor at 
Site.
