Responsibilities:
 Review and forward any comments on all submittals including contractor design drawings, shop drawings,
materials and alternative proposals submitted by contractors
 Attend site technical coordination meetings to discuss contractor (s) submissions, shop drawings, material
submittals and construction related matters.
 Review and resolve comments on the Technical Query’s raised by the contractor.
 Routine Inspection of the works carried out by the contractor(s) to ascertain that work is executed in
accordance with the Contract Documents and accepted practice.
 Inspect the mock-up, permanent works, on-site and off-site materials to be used in the project and organize
field and laboratory tests, conducted by others, on construction materials to ascertain their compliance with
the specifications and determine the acceptability for use on the project.
 Raise non-conformance notices (NCNs)/reports; site inspections notices (SINs) identify quality deficiencies in
conjunction with the RE. Monitor the progress of the work against the approved contractor programme of
works.
 Witness the testing and commissioning of all the mechanical / electrical equipment and sign off the relevant
documents for acceptance.
 Verify the accuracy of the contractor’s “As-Built” drawings reflecting in details the as-built conditions and

II. WadiQura&Muraygh Dam & Channels
i. The Airport Outfall Project is a Dual FRP Pipeline Project carried out along 36 Kms of the main streets of Jeddah city with
3 & 3.5 M diameter pipe. It is one of the state of art project with numerous conflicts with utilities & Reinstatement of utilities
including Asphalt. The whole project consists 118 Manholes,44 Junction boxes, 235 Catch basins, 2 Detention ponds & 3
outfalls connected to Red sea, with total volume of excavation 600,000 Cum.
ii. Wadi Qura & Muraygh Dam & Channel is of 42 kms of length with 22.5 km of Reinforced channel(lined) 11.km of Unlined
Channel with Gabion, Rock channel of 7 kms& 4.7 km of Box Culvert, The main Dam storage capacity is 3.65Mm3 with
Saddle dam & Spillway. Total 195,000 M3 Concrete is used for this project.
Responsibilities:
 To Manage, provide guidance to a team of field engineers and coordinate efforts of the planning, design and construction
management activities, assigned personnel and sub consultants within a multiple phased construction project
environment
 Implementing standardized procedures for monitoring the progression of planning during construction phases.
 Site Safety monitoring, Inspect safety conditions and inform the Contractor of construction safety violations and follow up
action to be taken
 Monitoring project main contractor staff to ensure that packages are progressing according to established procedures and
cost, time and quality & safety objectives
 Interface with project designers and contractors on meetings, schedules and issues and to ensure procedures are
followed
 Preparing reports for Senior Construction Manager and Construction Manager indicating procedure adherence and
project progress

 Checking all works in accordance with Approved shop drawings & Specifications and other contract documents. Following
up materials procurement & carrying out Material inspections at site. Level for MEP services in compliance with
Client/Consultant requirements. Check and approve “As-built” drawings submitted by the Contractor.
